This is a very scarce scholarly pamphlet by gay rights activist Gomez. Gomez was a lifelong activist, former executive assistant to Cesar Chavez and founder of COGLI (Committee on Gay Legal Issues), which was later renamed Lambda. The article reprinted here was the first and most influential of Gomez's many treatises, introducing legal precedence to the uphill battle of gay rights. Good. Item #1086
