This is a fascinating photojournalistic look inside the lives of sex workers in New Orleans' Storyville district in 1912. Bellocq's Storyville photographs have been quite influential since their first exhibition in 1970, the exhibition catalog of which (which also features an oral history about the discovery of the photos) is reprinted here. Very good. Item #1404
