This is an early reprint of Derleth's short story collection, part of his larger Sac Prairie Saga body of work. Derleth is best remembered as the founder of Arkham House, original publisher of Lovecraft's works, and for his own cosmic horror writing. The Sac Prairie books are a significant departure, chronicling the everyday lives of the people of a fictional Wisconsin region. Very good. Item #2233
