Not in OCLC. This is a pamphlet published by James Thomas Mangan celebrating the 7 year anniversary of his micronation, The Nation of Celestial Space, which includes all of outer space. In addition to being King of Space, Mangan was a prolific self-help author and public relations pitchman based out of Evergreen Park, IL, a Chicago suburb (and, according to the Celestia documents herein, "capitol of the Universe of Space"). This pamphlet contains the official written history of Celestia as well as facsimiles of important documents, ranging from Celestia's Declaration of Independence to the Passports to the Moon offered by Mangan to certain astronauts.
In our research, we were able to find no additional infortmation regarding this pamphlet nor any evidence of it having been distributed. There are a few copies of 1958's The Second Report to the Universe in existence, but to our knowledge, this original pamphlet was never disseminated, or at the very least was disseminated in extremely limited quantities. Fine. Item #959
